Baked Portobello Mushrooms with Parmigiana

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 6 people

 

Thick slices of Portobello mushroom grilled and then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, resulting in a meaty texture with a cheesy finish.You can also add breadcrumbs to this recipe. By adding 1 cup of panko and 1 cup of flavored bread crumbs. 

When you are making your breading station you will do as the recipe states, but in addition add the breadcrumbs and panko at the end.
