We make this speciality the day after Easter, Pasquetta, which is traditionally to be a huge picnic. People gather different dishes, such as the Pizza Chiena (see my recipe), and of course, some good wine!
You will need to use a pan that will be non-stick, plus with a steel handle that can go in the oven.
Optional: You can add prosciutto, ham, salami into the mixture.
