It has always been a dream of mine to gather all of the recipes I’ve learned throughout the years and put them together in a cookbook to give to the next generation. I have worked full-time throughout my life, so I never had the opportunity before. Gianna, my granddaughter, was my inspiration for this book. Her interest in my cooking has motivated me to teach her everything I know! I wanted to put it in writing in hopes that she, and many others, may carry the legacy simply by picking some of my recipes to try. I hope you enjoy each and every one of my recipes as much as I do.
